This is a recorded, on-demand course. You can go at your own pace.
How long will I have access to the materials?
You will have access to the recordings for 12 months, however, the handout materials are downloadable and yours to have forever.
Who is this course for?
This is for anyone desiring to have the communication skills necessary to create safe, and inclusive environments in their communities and workplaces. This course addresses leadership development within the context of Diversity and Inclusion.
Who is this course NOT for?
This is not for anyone who is not willing to take an honest look at how they can address their unconscious biases to become a better leader and communicator for people from with different lived experiences.
Will this be difficult to implement?
The skills are simple, but not necessarily easy when you are changing from one way of communicating to an inclusive communication skill. Practice will create lasting, transformational results.
I’m so busy. How much time will this course take?
There are 9 modules. Each module will take you no more than 5-15 minutes to complete. You can complete them at your own pace. You will have skills that you can implement and practice immediately. That’s the fun part!
I’ve done DE&I training before. How is this different?
This course is intended to enhance your leadership communication skills. We use real life examples of challenges commonly encountered in the real world. You will be able to apply what you learn immediately. Each module will build upon the previous one to support implementation of the skills you are developing.
Is there a guarantee that I will achieve specific results after completing the course?
The outcome largely depends on your level of commitment, engagement, and application of the course material. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific results.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the course?
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once you have accessed the course materials, we are unable to offer refunds.
