Holding on to past hurts and betrayals prevents you from living in and enjoying the present.
I know you have been hurt by some of the things that were said and done to you in the past, but if don’t learn how to let go of the pain of the past, you will continue to cause damage to your relationships and you will not know the happiness that you desire.
It’s time to get your power back from the hurt and disappointment that’s keeping you fearful and stuck. Living in the past is living in FEAR. Embracing and living in the present, allows you to create new experiences that are not tainted by your past experiences.
Who do you need to forgive? Is it yourself or others? Both are equally important.
Here’s the thing about forgiveness, we all are human and make mistakes. Your power comes in choosing to forgive.
Don’t give your power away to past grievances if you want to live with freedom and happiness. It may not be easy or feel good at first. But it is necessary to be truly happy and in present creation.
